INSTRUCTIONS for Incident Command Course Summaries & Exams IS-100 and IS 700:

1. Open the "pdf" files that contain the Course Summaries and read through the documents.  Note that text containing critical information is highlighted in yellow in the documents.

2. Open the "pdf" files that contain the tests and print out hard copies.

3. Referring to the Course Summaries, circle the correct answers on the hard copies of the test.

4. Go to the on-line test page to enter your test results:

5. After entering your multiple choice answers, enter the required personal info and your e-mail so that FEMA will send your test results back via return e-mail and US mail.

6. When the return e-mail arrives from FEMA with your results, FORWARD the e-mail to the division captain and to COMO Belmore at the Director of Auxiliary Annex Office:   sealily143@comcast.net   (AND)     cbelmore@msdcapecod.uscg.mil
COMO Belmore will enter the info in your Auxiliary record and send you a CGAUX certificate in addition to the one coming from FEMA.
