Herb Kugell, our SO-PB, passed away on Tuesday, May 6. He was a valued member of Flotilla 53 and a

true asset to the Coast Guard Auxiliary. And he was a good friend. We will miss him. Herb was in

the process of creating an E-Newsletter for the Division. Would anyone like to take that over?

The 2008 Division 5 patrol pick will be on Sunday, April 13 at 0900 at ISC Boston. There will also be a 1

hour TCT workshop and the IT workshop for those who need it. Every coxswain and crew needs the 1

hour TCT (unless he or she is taking the full 8 hour TCT course this year. All instructors must complete

the IT workshop before the end of May. All members are welcome to attend.
